Indy ranked 2nd for Mobile Network
Indy recently ranked 2nd for Mobile Networks among the 125 most populated metro areas in the U.S., according to RootMetrics.
To show which cities offered the best mobile performance, RootMetrics took RootScores from the top 125 most populated metro areas in the country and ranked them from highest to lowest across each of our six categories: Overall Performance, Network Reliability, Network Speed, Data Performance, Call Performance, and Text Performance. Large population size doesn’t necessarily correspond with highly rated mobile networks since only just three in ten of U.S. metro areas with populations of more than 2 million ranked in the top 10. Lansing, Michigan came in at the top of the latest RootMetrics list of cities with best mobile networks. Other large cities near the top of the list besides Indianapolis included Atlanta and Chicago, which are home to the third and fifth best performing mobile networks
