It went extremely well. Mitch knows the market better than most and brings a work ethic that far exceeds most realtors we have dealt with.
His analysis led to pricing our home correctly which resulted in a quick sale relative to the average days on market. It was a huge transaction for us and we wanted to feel like we had the best realtor possible working on our behalf - Mitch was and is that guy.

Purchased a new home and then sold our old home
We originally met with Mitch as we were paired with him through the online process of requesting to view a property that was listed for sale. Having met with a few other realtors, it was clear when we met with Mitch, that he was very articulate, and passionate about what he does. We had forgone opportunities to discuss selling our home, until we spoke with Mitch. He asked all the right questions, and before I knew it we were arranging for him to come down to the south side to view our home.
Mitch is a straight-shooter. During the whole selling/buying process, I appreciated the fact that Mitch was usually quick to tell me what I needed to hear, rather than what I may have wanted to hear. Several times, Mitch cautioned me on potential things to be concerned about, things that often became reality.
Responsiveness - That pretty much sums it up. Having someone to consult with at almost anytime, is invaluable. I can't think of a time when I had a question or a concern that I was not able to get in touch with Mitch via text, email, or phone call, in a reasonably quick manner. Being knowledgeable about the areas, and their respective histories, is an incredible asset that Mitch has. I can't imagine having looked at all of the properties we did, or bought the one we did, without the knowledge and experience that he brought to the process.
I know that we met Mitch, totally by chance. I am thankful that it occurred, and I truly believe that he made the process, for us, a success that would likely have otherwise not been so. There are several things that Mitch did for us that every realtor "should" do. It is all of the OTHER things that Mitch did, like educating us, keeping us informed, and just protecting our interest in general, that built our faith in him as our realtor, and it is why we would recommend him to anyone.

Now approaching 1 year in our home purchased with Mitch's professional assistance, I can't stress enough how much his experience and knowledge benefited my partner and I. Mitch walked us through several homes in and around the Fall Creek Place neighborhood, and was by our side through one deal that just was not going to work out from the beginning. This update is to reflect on how much we have gained in perspective on our neighborhood, now living here for almost a year. It only affirms Mitch's advice on which streets and/or blocks one might want to live on, and why.We can't be thankful enough to the insight that he provided in helping us come to a decision, and we couldn't be happier with our choice in a realtor, and our home. Description of work: Mitch helped us sell our previous home, and represented us in the purchase of our new home.

Purchased a new home and then sold our old home
We were moving to Indianapolis due to a corporate relocation. We decided that we wanted to live near downtown due to the location. Mitch showed us countless houses and condos and made every effort to find us houses that matched our desires despite being a time of year when there was not a lot on the market.
Mitch knows downtown. He lives downtown. He can tell you everything about every neighborhood and every condo building--pluses and minuses, what to look for, etc. He is not shy about telling you what he thinks, which was greatly appreciated.
In the end we purchased a condo in downtown. Mitch made the entire process go smoothly. Every time we needed something he was there, and he worked with us through a process where my wife and I were often in different cities at the same time (e.g., sending things through e-mail, conference calls, etc.). The sellers were sometimes hard to get ahold of and hard to get information from, but Mitch was persistent and did everything on our behalf. When the seller waited to the last minute to do some repairs resulting from the inspection, Mitch went by our condo on the morning of closing to check that it was done.
This was our first home purchase and it would have been a very daunting process without someone so experienced. The thing that was most satisfying to me about working with Mitch is that he really had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and when eventually comes time to move, if we are doing a real estate transaction in Indy I will call Mitch again.

Reviews on Zillow As Mitch may have mentioned at closing he would welcome any referrals you can send his way.
